Refund Policy

1. No refunds

All subscription payments — Pro and Platinum — are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Unused portion of a billing period
• Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date
• Not using the tool during the subscription period
• Dissatisfaction with any feature or content available on the platform

2. No cancellation mid-cycle

There is no mid-cycle cancellation with a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription option inside the tool, but your access will continue — and no refund will be issued — until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

3. How to cancel

To stop future charges, cancel before your next renewal date. You can do this from the Manage Subscription option inside the tool. On cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.

4. Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. We do not offer refunds for charges that have already been processed, including renewal charges.

5. Failed or disputed payments

If you believe a charge was made in error or you notice an unexpected charge, contact us at hello@gauravmehta.me within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

6. Payment processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details. For payment-related disputes, Razorpay's own policies may also apply.
