Daily One Minute (dailyoneminute.com) is an online platform designed to help users build and improve their speaking and communication skills. Features and functionality may evolve over time. Paid plans unlock additional capabilities as described on the platform at the time of purchase.
This is a self-improvement tool, not a substitute for professional coaching or training. Results vary by individual effort and consistency.
You register with your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email accurate. You may not use someone else's email address or create accounts for others without their consent.
Pro and Platinum are monthly recurring subscriptions processed through Razorpay.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription option inside the tool. On cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription payments. All sales are final. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. For any billing queries, contact us at hello@gauravmehta.me.
Any content you create or record through this platform is processed and stored entirely on your own device. We do not receive, store, or have access to content you generate locally. You are solely responsible for how you use, store, or share such content.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
